General Administrative Support

  • Scanning, copying, filing, data entry, file organization in paper and/or electronic process needs

  • Database updates, email management, contact lists, contract management

  • Preparing correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, invoices/statements

  • Support all team personnel in needed activities

  • Utilization of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) as duties dictate

  • Supportive tasks related to event planning and/or marketing campaigns

  • Sorting and sending mail

Customer Service

  • Professionally answering and routing phone calls

  • Greeting visitors at reception

  • Manage records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

  • Professionally execute Telemarketing needs and/or customer follow-up activities

  • Collection Calls - Accounts Receivable

  • Resolving routine customer issues/needs with appropriate escalation, following procedures, policies and guidelines

  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media
